LuxTrust Mobile. Stop searching for your token.

What is LuxTrust Mobile?

LuxTrust Mobile is the digital version of your LuxTrust Token, available on your smartphone. With this application, you can perform all the operations you did with your physical Token, but in a more practical and secure way.

How to install and activate LuxTrust Mobile?

1.      Prepare your Token or your LuxTrust codes (User ID and Password)

2.      Download the app

3a.      If you have a LuxTrust Token:

  1. Open the LuxTrust app. Tap on "Login".
  2. Enter your User ID and password that you already use every time you log in with your Token and tap on "Next".
  3. On the new screen, select the device you usually use to log in to your banking or online applications, in this case the Token.
  4. Enter the OTP (one-time code) code generated by your Token and tap on "Authenticate".
  5. Set a PIN code (6 digits) to secure access to your LuxTrust Mobile application.
  6. Choose a name for your device that you can remember. It will be useful in case you need to replace this device or suspend access to the application. Tap on "Next".
  7. LuxTrust will send you an SMS with a link to complete the activation. It may take some time (6h) to receive this SMS. In the meantime, you can exit the application. When you receive the SMS, click on the link that will automatically open the application. LuxTrust will never ask you to share your credentials by clicking on this link.
  8. Tap on "Finalize". The LuxTrust Mobile application has been successfully activated.

3b.      If you don't you have a LuxTrust token:

  1. Open the LuxTrust application. Tap on "Log in.“
  2. Enter your User ID and password that you already use each time you log in with your Token and then tap on "Next."
  3. On the new screen, select the device you usually use to log in to your banking or online applications, in this case the Token. Then tap on "I no longer have this device.“
  4. Please contact LuxTrust Customer Service directly on +352 24 550 550 to obtain an activation code. After answering the identification questions, an 8-digit security code will be provided to you by email to finalize the association. This is valid for 10 minutes.
  5. Enter your activation code received by email. Tap on "Authenticate.“
  6. Set a PIN code (6 digits) to secure access to your LuxTrust Mobile application.
  7. Choose a name for your device that you can remember. It will be useful in case you need to replace this device or suspend access to the application. Tap on "Next".
  8. LuxTrust will send you an SMS with a link to finalize the activation. It may take some time (6h) to receive this SMS. In the meantime, you can exit the application. When you receive the SMS, click on the link that will automatically open the application. LuxTrust will never ask you to share your credentials by clicking on this link.
  9. Tap on "Finalize". The LuxTrust Mobile application has been successfully activated.

You can now log in to My ING / My ING Pro via LuxTrust Mobile.

Why use LuxTrust Mobile?

Switch to LuxTrust Mobile before January 1st, 2025.
From this date, your LuxTrust Token will no longer allow connection into My ING and no longer allow certain features that require re-authentication. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this transition. We are confident that LuxTrust Mobile will enhance your online banking experience.
